The Man!

A statue of Roger “Tweed” Arrington, pictured above, will soon be displayed in a prominent place in Norfolk’s Chelsea District. Arrington, who many call the “Mayor of Chelsea”, is owner of one of the oldest businesses in Chelsea, the Fit Company, which he founded in 1989. He moved the business to Chelsea in 1998. Arrington calls the Fit Company a “real gym” and has clients of all ages. The Fit Company is a great place to work out and often features a humorous atmosphere with Arrington in charge. A location to place the statue has not been determined and it's final placement is still being discussed by Chelsea authorities. Instead of causing controversy, this statue will most likely make people smile.
